It seems that the Mayor, Council and the professional staff at the City left something of this agenda that should have been there- (the appointment of the Mayor Pro-tem for the year 2010). But what can you expect, maybe they will get something right sooner or later. Maybe the next Mayor will handle his/her agenda setting a lot better and actually get things on the agenda accomplished. Maybe the city should review/update the charter or maybe not since they do not seem to go by it anyway.
